Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for both clients and technicians, managing job assignments and ensuring clear communication. You’ll need to balance incoming inquiries with task prioritization and ensure that job allocation is managed efficiently to meet client expectations.
- Allocating and monitoring incoming jobs across Australia.
- Answering phone inquiries and managing emails from both Head Office and Field Technicians.
- Liaising with clients to ensure service expectations are met.
- Managing time-sensitive job allocations with great attention to detail.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task, and prior experience in a fast-paced call center or administrative environment. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and manage time effectively will be essential for success in this position.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced call centre or administrative environment.
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills.
- Ability to work a rotating roster between 7am-6pm and one weekend per month.
